Use the form below to request deletion of your EesyLoad rider or driver account,
and what happens to your data when you do.
Request account deletion
What happens next: We verify your identity against the phone number
or email you submit, and confirm your request within 48 hours. Your account and
associated data are then deleted within 14 days of confirmation. We may contact you
at the phone number or email you provide to verify the request.
What data is deleted
- Your profile information (name, phone number, email, avatar)
- Saved addresses and preferences
- In-app chat messages
- Delivery photos and signatures associated with your account
- Authentication credentials
What data is retained, and why

Transaction and booking records may be retained in an anonymised or
de-identified form for up to 5 years, as required for financial record-keeping,
tax compliance, and fraud prevention under applicable South African law.

Safety and support logs (e.g. SOS alerts) may be retained for up to
12 months where necessary for safety investigations or legal obligations.
Once the retention period ends, this data is permanently deleted or fully anonymised
so it can no longer be linked back to you.
